On Sunday, June 8, 2014 the Association of Riverdale Cooperatives and Condominiums celebrated thirty years of service to Riverdale and the co-op community at large. Held at the beautiful X2O restaurant, the event was attended by ARC members, the ARC Board of Directors and elected officials. The organization was duly recognized and congratulated by an official reading from the Congressional Record (view the document) by Congressman Eliot Engel; the issuance of a commemorative Proclamation by Senator Jeffrey D. Klein and congratulatory remarks by Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz. ARC directors Doris Lyons and Ted Procas were presented with special awards in grateful recognition of their uninterrupted thirty years of leadership and service to ARC.
