On Sunday, June 23, 2019 the Association of Riverdale Cooperatives and Condominiums celebrated 35 years of service to the community.
The occasion was highlighted by the recognition of board of director members of local buildings who were nominated to be so honored by their neighbors or by their building managers for their tireless dedication and volunteer service over the course of many years. ARC was proud to salute Jean Daniels, Daniel Hammerman, Annie Jennings, Howard Leventhal, Michael Mainelli, Susan Spielberg and Yvette Ura as exemplars of all those things that are just right about our co-op/condo community.
