ARC represents all of the co-ops and condominiums in Riverdale, Bronx, NY — essentially buildings in the 10463 and 10471 zip codes, as well as many co-ops and condos throughout the Bronx..
ARC is a non-profit community organization that relies 100% on membership dues to carry on its mission of educating, advocating and informing our community.
ARC has remained active for decades, thanks to its paid membership.
Owing to an increasing awareness of ARC’s success (read more in the Resources section of our website), co-ops and condos throughout the Bronx are now also welcome to join. During recent years we have proudly represented shareholders on Mosholu Parkway, Pelham Parkway, the Grand Concourse and throughout Marble Hill, Fieldston and Kingsbridge — and today we proudly look forward to welcoming even more cooperators and condo owners from throughout our Borough.
Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30, and we are now accepting dues for the coming year.
